Letting Conditions


Deposits and Refunds

Low season a 50% of total tariff is required upon booking. If a booking is cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to the arrival date the deposit is refundable, less a 15% administration fee. There are no refunds for booking cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.
High Season a 100% of total tariff is required upon booking. If a booking is cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to the arrival date 50% of the payment is refundable, less a 15% administration fee. There are no refunds for booking cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.

Check In - Check Out
Check in at the oceans three is from 2:00PM on the day of arrival. Departing guests MUST vacate apartment by 10:00AM on the day of departure.

Electronic Fund Transfer
We accept electronic payments. Please contact us on to obtain our account details. Monetary transfer costs charged by financial institutions will be passed through and are an additional cost to any quotes supplied.
Cheque
Personal cheques only by prior arrangement and only with adequate time for cheque funds to clear. Make your cheque payable to Oceans Three Apartments or its Service Provider, in Australian Dollars and to an Australian Bank. Write your name, address and booking confirmation number on the back of the cheque. Send your payment to the following address:

We accept Credit Card payments. Please contact us on to obtain details. Costs charged by financial institutions will be passed through and are an additional cost to any quotes supplied. All prices are inclusive of any applicable government taxes and charges.

This Privacy Policy applies to Oceans Three Apartments or its Service Provider. Deleting the information
